What happens if I’m out when my cheese is delivered?Updated 2 years ago

Your delivery will be left in your nominated safe place (e.g. porch, behind the bins) and waiting with bated breath for your return. Each parcel contains ice to keep it chilled during delivery, but cheese must be kept refrigerated once received.

Please remember when you place an order it's super important to make sure you've specified where the parcel should be left should you not be in. In cases where details of an alternative/safe place for the delivery have not been given, cheesegeek and DHL cannot accept responsibility for any parcels not received. You can find more information on what is considered a valid safe place here should you need further assistance. 

DHL will let you know your one-hour delivery slot on the day, however, this is not guaranteed as they may be delayed but they will aim to deliver your order by 6pm on your designated day.
