If your order gets delayed for any reason, we will do our best to get it moving to make sure it is with you by the next day. We pack all our boxes with icepacks and organic wool liners, so you can rest assured the cheese will still be fresh. If your cheese arrives over two days later, our 48-hour freshness guarantee will kick in and we'll arrange a cheese replacement for you.

DHL delivers the majority of our boxes. Any deliveries going to central London will be delivered by XeroE, our zero-emissions courier. You can find more information about your delivery here.

If your cheesebox is arriving via DHL:

  • Check your tracking number on the DHL website or app (which can be downloaded here for Android or here for IOS) to see the status of your parcel. DHL will have the most accurate and up to date information about your delivery. If you can't find your shipment number, you can see your delivery using your order number and delivery postcode.
  • If your tracking shows your box has been delayed or DHL were unable to leave your box, DHL will aim to deliver the next day. We receive regular updates from DHL, and we will do our best to upgrade any late boxes to a pre-12 PM service for the next day.
  • If your tracking says 'delivered', check your allocated safe place as the driver may have left it there. It is also worth checking your letterbox as the driver may have left a card with details. If they have, please follow the instructions on it for the fastest resolution.
