Update to London Deliveries

We are constantly looking into new ways to reduce our impact on the environment, whether it be 100% biodegradable packaging or offsetting carbon emissions on our deliveries. We are delighted to announce that we have changed our deliveries for Central London postcodes from DHL to a zero-emissions courier - XeroE.


If your delivery postcode falls into any of the below codes, we will send your box via bike or electric vehicle courier. This means your delivery will be emission-free, and you can feel a little bit smug about being green!


SW1-SW20, SE1, SE3, SE4, SE5, SE8, SE10-11, SE13, SE15-17, SE21-24 & SE27, E1-3, E5, E8-9, E10-11, E15, E17 & E20, N1-8, N15, N16 & N19, NW1-3, NW5-6, NW8 & NW10-11, W1-6, W8-12 & W14, WC1-2, EC1-4


Will I be able to track my cheesebox?


Your box will be given directly to the driver/rider and then dropped off at the delivery addresses by 5 PM. As this is a door-to-door service, your cheesebox isn't required to go through a sorting hub which means you won't receive any tracking information before your delivery. Please rest assured you will still receive a confirmation email about your delivery pick up and another once it has been delivered.
