If you have used your tracking number on DHL’s website or app and the status is 'delivered'...
- You can access a photo of where the parcel was left by entering both your shipment number and delivery postcode on DHL’s tracking page. This should show a picture of exactly where the driver left the parcel.
- If the photo shows your box was delivered to your door or safe place but it is no longer there, please check to see if other members of your household or neighbours have taken this in for you.
- If no one has taken in your delivery and it hasn't been delivered to a neighbour, please reach out to us with your shipping address so we can confirm these details with DHL as soon as possible.
If your parcel was going to a central London postcode, it would have been sent via another courier (XeroE) on a same-day service that doesn't come with tracking but we can view the parcel's journey from our side. Please get in touch with us via email and we'll locate your cheesebox.
