I'm having an issue checking out.Updated 2 years ago

Nothing should stand in the way of you getting your delicious cheese although, technology may try to now and then. Here are some simple checks to help you troubleshoot any issues you may come across while checking out.

Check if you have enough funds on the card you are using. We’ve all been there. We’ve been 100% sure that we have money on our cards but then a dastardly direct debit gets in there first! Cards and banks can fail to authorize for various reasons so it may be worth using another payment method if you have one available.

Is your order amount over £25? As part of our pledge to reduce carbon emissions, we have a minimum order spend of £25. If you have already placed an order and are placing another order to add some forgotten goodies, please get in touch as we can edit your current order for you.

Check if we deliver to you. There are limitations to where our couriers can deliver. If you are seeing the error ‘Shipping not available for the selected address’, then this may be the case. If this happens, we would advise selecting another delivery day during the week to see if it resolves the issue. Failing that, please get in touch with us and we will check if we can send your order another way.

Clearing your cache and deleting cookies on your phone, tablet or desktop.  There are different ways to clear your cache depending on the device and browser version you're using. Please see How to clear your cache for more information. Also, make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of your browser.

Sometimes our browsers can get a little stuck in their ways, try deleting an item from your basket and re-adding it to refresh your checkout token. 

Your internet connection may be dropping during the checkout process, which will automatically cancel any payments that are in the process of going through. If your internet connection is showing signs of unreliability, reset your router or if you are on a device, use your mobile data to make the purchase. 

If you’ve tried checking out on your device using mobile data and wifi, try completing the purchase on a laptop or computer.
