How do I report an issue?

If you find something wrong, please notify us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to put it right.


Some problems and queries can be easily resolved through our help centre. If you need the help of a Human Geek, you can either email us at [email protected], contact us via the live chat widget on our website or by social media. Please note if you reach out to us via our Contact Page, you'll need to complete the "I'm not a robot" test after you press 'send'.


If you are reporting an issue regarding the quality or any damage to your cheese, please take a photo of the issue. Providing pictures is extremely useful, it means that we can get a better idea of what has gone wrong and hopefully get to the bottom of the issue straight away.


We aim to answer all queries within 24 hours Monday-Saturday. If you haven't received a response, please use the live chat function as we may not have received your initial email.
