I'll be away for my next box. Can I postpone it or get it sent somewhere else?
Of course! If you have a subscription with us you can choose to postpone your box until another time via 'manage subscription' in your account or reach out to us directly.
If the thought of delaying your cheesebox is too painful and you would prefer to redirect it, we can certainly do that if the new address is covered by our couriers. Please get in touch with the new postcode and we’ll happily check this for you!
