I need to cancel my subscription, how do I do this?

If you would just like to cancel you can do so by logging into your account > manage subscriptions > edit > scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see "cancel subscription". Click this and confirm you'd like to cancel your subscription. Please bear in mind your latest payment date, if it has just passed then you may have a box already on its way to you and this cannot be cancelled. Contact us if you'd like to check.
If you decide you can't go on without your regular cheese delivery and want to reactivate, you can easily do so by logging into your cheesegeek account > manage subscriptions > click reactivate on the cancelled Jimi. From here you will be able to alter the next charge date. Remember, choose a date 5 working days before the date you'd like to receive the box.
