How do I manage my subscription?Updated 2 years ago

We are currently in the process of making a brand new app where you can manage all your subscription needs! In the meantime, we'd advise making changes to your account via the website. Here you can:

  • Change your payment date, which will ultimately move your delivery date.

  • Update the frequency you receive your cheese boxes

  • Edit your delivery address 

  • Update your card and billing details

  • Cancel your subscription

  • Add another Jimi subscription to your account. Go on, you know you want to.

As we cut all our cheese fresh the day before your delivery date, we’d ask that you make any necessary changes to your order at least 48 hours before your delivery to avoid any disappointment.
