How do I change the charge date of my Jimi subscription?Updated 2 years ago

If you would like to delay your next box or if you need to get some cheese in to impress your guests, you can move your billing date in your cheesegeek account. Moving your billing date will ultimately change your delivery date. To do this:

  • Log into the website with your account credentials
  • Click 'Manage Subscriptions
  • 'Edit' 

  • Select 'Change next charge date' and choose the date that suits you. 

You'll receive your Jimi box 5 working days after we have taken the payment.

We are currently in the process of making a brand new app where you can manage all your subscription needs! In the meantime, we'd advise making changes to your account via the website.
