FAQ:

Tracking your cheeseboxes

Once the parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email and text message with your shipment number and delivery date. You can use this number to track your parcel’s progress using the DHL tracking platform.

On the morning of your delivery, DHL will send out an email and text confirming your one-hour delivery slot. Don't worry if you don't receive a notification about your delivery, these are automated notifications and sometimes technical mishaps can happen. We would also advise checking your spam and junk folders just to make sure nothing important has sneaked in there!

If you have not received your parcel in the morning or afternoon, all is not lost as DHL delivers until late. As you know, couriers have been extremely busy since lock-downs have been implemented, so if you don't receive your cheese within the one-hour time frame, please hang tight as they may be running behind.

On the day of your delivery, our team will be checking up on your tracking throughout the day. If you need to know how to track your parcel or other topics related to your upcoming delivery with DHL, you can either get in touch with us or you may find your answer in DHL's Delivery FAQ.

Guided Tastings

If you have purchased a guided tasting, it would be great if you could create the virtual meeting on your end and add our Ed, our Cheese Expert, to it. He will also need to be able to share his screen for the interactive parts of the tasting so please ensure he has permission to do this.

Preparation for your tasting

We'd advise taking your cheeses out of the fridge one hour before the tasting begins to allow the cheeses to come to room temperature as this will really bring out the delicious smells and flavours for your tasting! We also advise keeping the cheeses wrapped in their wax paper during this time to prevent them from drying out, especially the hard cheeses. Anyone having wine should allow them to breathe for about an hour before the tasting begins so you'll get the full benefit of the pairing.

Caring for leftovers

I have also included some articles below that will help you store the cheeses until your tasting and any aftercare for the leftovers (if any!)
